California author and youth advocate D.B. Pacini's fantasy youth/YA novel, THE LOOSE END OF THE RAINBOW, was published by Singing Moon Press on March 27, 2009. She is donating 10% of the profits to WOLE to be used specifically for school supply needs of children and teenagers living on the Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota.
